RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

- If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care items (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the unwanted item first. Once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
